Helping adults experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm and low confidence through personalised one-to-one support in Gower, Swansea and online across the UK.
When life feels overwhelming it’s easy to lose confidence and doubt yourself.
You might be going through the motions, looking after everyone else and getting through each day—but inside, you don’t quite feel like yourself anymore. Maybe you’ve been so busy coping that you’ve had little time to think about how you’re really feeling. Or perhaps keeping busy has become a way of avoiding thoughts or feelings that seem too difficult to face alone.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with stress or anxiety? You may be trying to deal with this by yourself or worried about burdening your friends, family or loved ones.
My role is to help you understand what’s happening and gently reduce the emotional burden you’re carrying. Through confidential and supportive sessions, in person or online, we work at a pace that suits you. Together we’ll build a practical toolkit that you can continue to use long after our work together has ended. The aim is not only to help you create lasting change, but also to equip you to deal with future challenges. Step by step you’ll begin to feel like yourself again.
