Stress is often a key factor behind a range of health issues.  In addition, our modern lifestyles can add significant stress as we we try to juggle our work with family responsibilities, perhaps looking after aging parents or young children, maybe dealing with money worries, changing careers, moving home and so on.

There is a limit to what we can take on.  Balance is key.  If we overload ourselves we can suffer ill-health, damage to our personal relationships and other difficulties.  Things can sometimes seem to spiral out of control.
